Out of Work applying for a medical card

    hi guys,

    I recently got a hip replacement and want to apply for a medical card however im unsure if i fill in my employers details to say im in work or do i state im receiving social welare payments as im out of work?

    If your only income is SW at the moment then it’s just the SW.
    If your also being paid by your employer while out sick then put that in too.
    They are only interested in what your income is right now at this present moment in time .
