    Congrats on the weight loss.

    You just look untrained. Firstly I would look at starting a weight lifting program focusing on the main compound lifts, eating at maintanence.

    Fair play on the weight loss! Seriously good going!

    You just look like you din’t lift weights, which as you say, you don’t. So I wouldn’t worry, just hit the weights. Don’t be intimidated by bench oressing etc. Any member of staff at the gym will give you an induction (regardless of how long you’ve been a member) to show you the ropes.
