Good news on Gallagher. Not so great on SOB or Dowling.

At least we have 5 locks for 3 spots before November

Hard to argue with that team, pretty much entirely a form selection. McAllister hasn't looked sharp since the restart, good to see Duggan get the nod. I think Aungier will establish himself as second choice pretty quickly. Also think Conor Oliver is good value for his place ahead of Eoghan Masterson who has sadly never gotten back to his pre-injury levels of performance. Backline picks itself really

If Ben O'Donnell proves to be better tackler, he should push Wootton

I agree on the 2 props. Will hopefully establish themselves and push for starting spots in the next few seasons.

Our bench is young, but among the XV starters, only 2 (Sullivan and Boyle) are under 25

    Nice team. Like the bench.

Duggan and Aungier could become very good.

Sean Masterson was quite good the other day too.

    Glasgow full strength too.

    Come on the lads....!

You don't worry as much as I do about his (missed) tackles?

Guys, first real meaningful game since March

    2 rather full-strenght teams

Tomorrow is a bright day (well not sunny, but bright!)

Very fortunate to have a ticket for tomorrow and gonna savor every second of it from walking up College Road pre-match right through to the drive home thinking about the match afterwards.

It's been too long and hopefully we'll all be back when safe to do so.

Something a bit refreshing about that team selection. First names on team sheet are starting to disappear and that's only a good thing. Competition will benefit this team. Far too long have players been given their jersey based on their years of service.

Big game this. Serious Glasgow team.

Hope for a strong, winning performance.

Discipline a big issue already so far today!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,913 ✭✭✭realhorrorshow

    Discipline absolutely terrible yet again.

Discipline poor, certainly cannot blame the conditions.

Less than thirty minutes in and Carty has kicked a ball dead and missed from in front of the goal... all he needs know is a kick on the full for a full house.
