Deleted post as eventually after nights of being put on hold for half and hour before I hung up I got an answer after 27mins and hopefully problem sorted. The guy who dealt with me was lovely but for a communication company, customer service seems to be in the lower percent of importance to eir. Talking to someone about a service you are paying for seems impossible. Chat online was not available either.
