Hey just wondering would anyone have any recommendations for a place or person to get nutritional advice or plans from? I’m a sufferer if psoriasis so some foods like breads etc could cause a flair so would be willing to pay for expertise to help contain it and and improve physique!!

For a gym programme i am I’m reasonably good shape but could do with losing some body fat in stomach area so looking for any advice for a programme in that sense, I’m in college in UCD so I think can get a programme from an instructor there but unsure. Thanks

I would contact a dietitian they can advise on food and supplements. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist but its a made up title and means nothing. General rule of thumb is cut down on processed carbs and up your veg. myfitnesspal is a good app to get started with.

Get in touch with Danny Lennon over at sigma nutrition

if you have zero actual gym experience then ANY training program initially will work because you're a novice, you can get specific when you've put in 6-8 weeks of training - just make sure you're hitting the basics e.g. squats, deadlifts, push ups, pull ups, core work etc, conditioning and mobility work
