    Worked okay for the Man United game last week but down tonight for me.

    There was an outage yesterday but it should be up and working again today, our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Good excuse Eir. Outage my b****x. Your app is just a heap of s**t as is most of the other services you provide. And don't even get me started on your customer service. 

    I pay for Eir sports. Yet I find myself spending 20+ minutes trying to find a good illegal streaming site to watch it on. 

    If you look through Boards, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook etc...... you will find endless amounts of people complaining about the application not working. I have had the app for 6 months now and it hasn't worked once for me and I try to use it at least once a week. 
    If you look at the last update on the app in the app store you will see the last update was released on the 18th October 2017.  

    Why don't Eir just go and fix one issue and at least make a couple of people happy, for once.

    [font=Verdana, sans-serif]The app and website are a joke. Antiquated systems that no one supports anymore, and they wonder why there are stability issues. If you don't invest in your products you can't complain when people go elsewhere[/font]

    We are aware of issues with the green eir Sport app and Chromecast - it is not working for a significant number of customers.
    The issue is under investigation but we don't have a root cause or estimated fix time yet. We are still gathering examples to assist with the investigation. We will update again as soon as we can, please assure customers that we are working on this as a priority.

    A priority to Eir probably means it will take about a year before its even looked at.  

    The issue isn't only with the Eir app and chromecast. It is also just the Eir app itself. It never works.

    Gathering examples? What do you mean by this? That sounds like it is a small number of people having issues and you need to really look out for them
