    I have one insured commercially ( run my own business ) but couldn’t get it insured privately even though I bought the vehicle myself (bank would only give me a personal loan but not a company loan - don’t ask me why !)
    AFAIK you can’t insure an N1 classified (commercial) vehicle as private even if it has seats in the back
