My Eir- This number is no longer active

    Hi,

    I got a new phone 2 weeks ago and now when I log in to my Eir account, it says this number is no longer active.

    Can someone help me with this?

    Hi Tracey,

    No, I didn't get a new number. It was just an upgrade from a Sim only plan to a bill plan.
