Ben Dunne Gym in Sandyford, what's it like at 6:15 AM?

    Thinking of joining Ben Dunne gym in Sandyford, I see it's opening at 6:15 AM.

    I start work early (to finish early) and I work right beside it so it's perfect for me to go there right before work.

    What's it like at 6:15 AM? Is it busy? Is there plenty of lockers/showers?

    I’ve no idea but I wish it would open at 6 in Portlaoise. Maybe call them and see what staff say

    I haven't been there in a few years so my opinion might be out of date. But when I was a member, I tried going at 6:30am a few times and it was absolutely jammed in the weights area. To the point where I realised I couldn't do anything. There were plenty of cardio machines free though. Don't know about the classes.

    Regarding showers/lockers; they seemed fine. Clean and plenty of them.

    If weights are your thing, I'd recommend you check out the other gyms in the area. You have a load of options in Sandyford.
