Trainer for Compressed Disc

Hi guys, I've been struggling with a compress disc for four years and have been avoiding exercise due to pain. I've decided that I have to start building muscle again in order to support my back better but I'm a bit anxious about it. Does anyone know places in Dublin that offer training programs for people with back injuries? Thanks.

First Q: Has your consultant (neuro or ortho) okay'ed you for exercise? If so, you need a referral letter to see a physio that does strength training.

If you haven't seen a consultant, you need to do that first, especially if you have on/off or chronic nerve pain along with the back pain.

I understand the frustration but it's really important to see the right people. No dr assessment = no work outs. Hope that helps.
