Coffee Machine - mechanic or engineer needed

    Hello,

    I have a Viesta One Touch 500 machine in which the LCD screen is broken and because of this you can't turn it on or off, it's useless right now. It was bought from an online retailer who is refusing to accept it, despite still being covered by a guarantee (they are not willing to take it back as it broke 6 months after the last repair) and instead is asking me to prove the machine fault was pre-existing and not through misuse. They are asking for a full report stating this. Is this something that anyone would be able to do? Or if not at least repair the machine?

    Where is the retailer located?

    At 350€ new some avenues may be uneconomical.
