Closed account, still getting letters

Hi,

I closed my eMobile account a while go but as it's still in credit by a small amount, I keep getting bills. I just want to entirely close my account.

I can't remember the last bill amount, PIN or point of sale (because I opened it ages ago), so was not able to resolve this using the online chat.
