Tight hip and glute - Recommendations for treatment?

I’m suffering with a tight right hip and glute. I feel as though it’s pulling at my back now and my glutes and core aren’t strong enough.

I’ve tried all kinds of treatments and physios and I find dry needling most sufficient for relieving the tightness but it’s not addressing why the hip and glute are getting tight.

Could someone recommend a good therapist / physio who might be able to help me finally relieve this issue? Ideally with a combination of dry needling and hands on manipulation and then some sort of rehab / mobility program.

The two I would recommend are basid in city centre:

Paul Opperman in Dublin Sports Clinic or Aidan Woods in Pearse St Physio.

I have had dry needling in the latter because it was part of the treatment, along with a programme of exercises.

I haven't needed it for anything I went to DSC with but I've always had effective treatment for any issue.
