Put them up on SeatWave or Get Me In, you would be guaranteed to get over €200 for each of them, alternatively pass them to the touts but expect to get less for them to make a profit.

    OK !
    I have alotted the 12.

I will send PM's to the people that got them, it's a bit complex, the link is for one PDF with 12 tickets, so ill need to split them ...
    sending PMs soon ..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,605 ✭✭✭gctest50

Charge €50 each and give the money to charity - every last cent :)

There's no way people will be paying for these tickets ..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 925 ✭✭✭Captainsatnav

Why not? Your taxes are paying for the visit. If you charge ppl for the tickets then think of it as you simply being refunded your own money? Just an opinion.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,809 ✭✭✭Hector Savage

No one is buying them, i investigated ...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,809 ✭✭✭Hector Savage

hnmmm splitting this PDF file is prooving more complex than I thought, I could take a screenshot of each ticket and save as an image ...

    hopefully will be ok ..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,809 ✭✭✭Hector Savage

OK , after a helpful tip I have split them into 12 PDFs ... check your PM folders and send me your emails so I can mail the PDFs (Careful PM only, one person put a visitor message on my profile - this is visible to everyone so please PM only!)

I have tickets for my family and parents and in-laws for the mass. Although traveling from Ashtown less than 2 km for the mass site we have been assigned a route via Dunard gate and the front of Garda HQ that will result in about a 5 km walk to site. A 10k round trip will not be possible for many of our party so it looks like we won’t be going. We are not willing to take a chance on going a different route and hoping for the best.
It is amazing that for a mass probably 5 times the size in '79 they just let people walk in and it was fine but somehow now they are allocating routes that send people way out of their way.

Is there any way to cancel tickets so they can be reallocated?

OK so one person has backed out, so 2 more available !!!

    let me know ...

For those attending the Mass, please make sure you are fully aware of how much walking and standing in queues will be involved. It will be quite an arduous, very long day so be prepared.

I don't believe they can be cancelled and my understand is inline with Terms & Conditions they are non transferable

I've got 24 tickets! I'm planning on selling them for €50 each if I can though. Most of the usual ticket sale sites keep removing my ads, but there is a lot of interest in them for the few minutes the ads have been up.

Mod Note: If the tickets were initially free then you cannot engage in scalping on this forum. There's no problem with people trading tickets with others. But asking for money for something that was originally free isn't really acceptable.

I have 3 knock tickets which are not been used now. I can post on Tuesday / Wednesday. These are actual printed tickets not PDFs.

    Looking for spare tickets.
Hi, I'm looking for either 2 tickets for the GREEN entrance or 4 tickets for the RED entrance. Happy to swap as I have 5 for the Navy entrance but transport will leave me nearer red or green entrance.
    Appreciate if anyone can help.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3 silverbells

Hi. By any small chance would these tickets still be available. My mother has just decided that she'd b able to go but I'm afraid the trek to the Phoenix park might be too much... if they are already gone that's no problem. Thanks

Hi. These would certainly help, as it would be a shorter walk. Do you want to pm me?
    Thank you very much.

I'm looking to swap two red tickets for two purple tickets or two yellow tickets if anyone can help? Or if someone just has two tickets spare please let me know, thanks.

Hi, I can take the red tickets from you if they are still available? I can give you the Navy entrance tickets (which is Dunard gate, Blackhorse Ave).

Why do you think that, were you going to be an absent protestor? Nothing wrong with that at all

    Thanks a mill. Got them

Managed to get 2 red gate tickets, but still need 2 more.

If anyone at all has 2 RED gate tickets that they would like to offer i'd really appreicate it. Travelling with children and my nearest transport hub is Heuston, so for the children it's the shortest walk.

I have 3 x Navy route which i can swap.

I have 9 standing tickets for the Sunday mass. They are orange route, chapelizod.

Would be happy to pass onwards.

(A group of us were going to go but unfortunately the walking and potential waiting times would be simply too much for about 6 of the group on top of the journey to and from west cork.)
