    Hi,

Does anyone know of a gym that has a reverse hyper machine in Dublin south side, around Grand canal, Rathmines, Terenure, Rathfarnham and Dundrum areas.

    Thanks in advance.

Southside in Sandyford might, but I'm not aware of any gyms in the areas you specified that have one. Hercules Club on the northside city center has one but might be a bridge too far (pun intended)

    It does.

It's upstairs at the minute and gets very little use. With the speed the gym is expanding it could be on the chopping block as the gym itself is actually running out of floor space for all the new equipment.

Great criticism to have to be honest. Spoiled in there.

Yep, great gym. Also had GHR and back extension IIRC.

Last I was there, the reverse hyper was at the bottom of the stairs and served as a platform for PTs to rest their macbooks on.

You can simulate a reverse hyper if needs be. Look it up on YouTube, lots of demonstrations
