My Samsung J5 keeps randomly disconnecting from wifi at home (which is password protected wifi) but will return after a few hours, without me having to change any settings, and nobody else on the same wifi connection are experiencing issues.
Outside home, when using non - password protected free wifi, I can access wifi no problem.

I have contacted the store where I purchased the phone (2 months ago it was purchased) and all they tell me is that it's my internet provider's issue, not a phone issue. But if that's true,then why can everyone else on same wifi connection get a steady wifi signal, but not on my phone?

Anyone able to relate, or offer any solutions?
