Authentication Error Occurred' Wifi problem'?

    I'm experiencing problems with my wifi connection on my Samsung Galaxy j3.

    Wifi works fine on unencrypted wifi (wifi with no password)

    However, with my wifi at home that has a password, wifi only will work sometimes, and I have double and triple checked the correct password is inputted.

    Some days it works grand, but then I get the error 'Authentication Error Occurred' (Even though the password is correctly inputted, and as previously stated, wifi will work sometimes, but mostly not).

    I am with Pure Telecom broadband. Everyone else on my home wifi has internet connection.

    Anyone able to help me?
