I'm currently considering taking up an online course this year. The course in question is a level 8 special purpose award. I plan on going back to full-time education next year with the BTEA scheme, but will taking up this course affect my eligibility for BTEA? As both courses are technically level 8, and from what I gather you are not eligible for BTEA if you have already completed a course of the same grade as you are applying for BTEA for. This course is only a year long and not a full level 8 so I'm unsure. Thanks in advance.
