I usually eat healthy foods. Veggies and fruits. I usually work out in the gym, but haven’t since Thursday and my diet has been a little questionable since then too. Today was supposed to be my day back in the gym, but I’m unfortunately sick. And for dinner I had a burger and some oven made potato wedges. I’m worried that I’m going to be heavier tomorrow and it might throw me off a bit. When you gain weight after usually being quite a low weight is it easy to drop that again?

In the context of your previous threads/posts, you need to see someone about your relationship with food. A Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or similae. You're a bit panicky about not going to the gym and having a burger and chips.

Moderation is the key word here. When you eat, it’s ok to indulge as long as it’s in moderation. When you hit the gym, hit it hard, and do it consistently.

We should defend our way of life to an extent that any attempt on it is crushed, so that any adversary will never make such an attempt in the future.

I train hard in the gym and also in the team sports I partake in. I eat what i want. If i want some cake Ill have some cake. Dont follow any diet as such. Life is too short and its for living and enjoying, not worrying about calorie intake imo. If I miss a days training, its not the end of the world and tbh Im glad of the rest. It lets my body recover and I feel better for it. I think Alf is right, you need to address the issues you have.

What weight are you, what weight do you want to be?

A few days break from a diet isn't going to impede those goals significantly

Stop overthinking it man. Honestly, I'm friends with guys from Austria, they have physiques and lifestyles way better and more active than any of my gym going friends. These guys just eat normal diets, the whole mainstream gym culture thing never really took off there to the same extent.

plus its important for ANYONE to have a more external focus with their training than internal - nice muscles, what can you do with them v's im not lean enough, im not toned enough, my butt is too big/small etc

social media and those that are selling sh1te to you all the time have a primary focus of making you feel that you're not enough, falling into this trap without first pausing and asking yourself some simple questions might be a good approach. Added to this most people suffer from availability bias i.e. they follow, support and believe what they surround themselves with and recall this easily when trying to make decisions that can then affect their mental well-being .

Gym/training life should be enhancing your life outside the gym, if its making it more narrow and less flexible then you've gotten the balance wrong

It's not that simple. If you gain weight spontaneously and then drop it (etc, etc), it could be bad for your health in general.
Though, I agree that gym culture is quite overpriced. There's no reason to be ashamed if you skipped a day or two. If you want to stay fit, you can do exercises at home.
