    Is there a Camogie club near you that would love an additional €7,000 and the opportunity to play at half-time in Croke Park at the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Finals?  Plus the chance to have a rep from SportsJoe.ie or Her.ie train with their club and show them how it’s done?!

    If so, you need to tell them about the Liberty Insurance Camogie Made Us Ready for the Real World competition!  As official sponsor of the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Championships, we have once again joined up with Her.ie and SportsJoe.  This year we want to find young Camogie players who have gained skills on the pitch that have helped them in their daily lives off the pitch, e.g., focus, motivation, dedication, resilience, leadership. 

    Here’s what you need to do:
    1. Visit www.camogiemadeus.com
    2. Choose your team, SportsJoe or Her.ie
    3. Tell us in 150 words or less, how camogie has made you ready for the real world (maybe it’s given you confidence, or made you more disciplined) before the 7th August.
    4. The 10 best entries will have to submit a video telling their Camogie Made Me story by Friday 10th August
    5. The videos (five from Her and five from SportsJOE) will then be whittled down to just two with the help of an online poll.
    6. The 2 finalists will be announced on the 17th of August and will train with representatives from SportsJoe & Her.ie in advance of the final live skills challenge on 9th September
    7. The winner on the 9th of September will win €7,000 for their club and the runner-up will win €3,000. The other 8 shortlisted clubs will get €500 each.
