low hanging line across my driveway

    Hi, 

    For the last 2 weeks there has been a cable hanging low over my driveway in Innishannon, Cork. It is obviously an Eir line as a power line would have been addressed by now. Currently I can drive under it but anything larger than a car will get caught and I have a builder due to fix our roof next week. 

    How soon can someone call out to repair/remove the line. We have no landline in our home nor do we intend to get one but I do not know if the neighbours are affected.
