Real Rewards link issue

    Hi, I have a new account with Eir and wish to link my Supervalu Realrewards card to it. However when I add the card it tells me the 'Card is already linked to an account'. This would be my old account.

    I have contacted Realrewards about this and they have removed the link to the old Eir account on their system but it still is not working on My Eir.

    I can provided old and new account numbers, can someone look into this for me?
