    Hi guys and gals
I'm looking at getting fit and losing abit of weight.
Found this 8fit app and wondering has anybody any experience with it?
    It's €60 a year.
It stuck out to me as it can design meal plans for you and what exercises to do and that.
Not a great eater now at the minute.
It looks like it's your own personal trainer. :P
Wanna see what people think of it before I go spending money on it.

Never used it but just my tuppence worth...
I've lost 36 pounds since January.
    I cut out eating rubbish.
I have 2 slices of toast for breakfast.
Lunch usually is slices of chicken and fruit or a hard boiled egg in a slice of bread and butter.
Then in the evening I have a normal dinner.
    Snack on fruit.

I was doing more aerobic type exercise when I was heavier but lately I started doing some press-ups, sit-ups and dumbbell curls 3 times a day.
Im 10 stone now and 46 years old.
So it was mostly my diet was my problem.
    Good luck anyway!
