    You can't spot reduce fat.

Spinning, or any other exercise can help you burn calories - which will help you to achieve a caloric deficit. There is nothing particularly special about spinning - except for the fact that it is fairly high intensity.

Can you post up your typical daily food (and drink) intake please. And be honest.

I meant your current diet if possible, not what you intend to do.

You should really find out your TDEE. If you were getting any meal plan from a trainer then they would do this for you but it's very good to know as a base. You can google it and input the info as requested. From there we could come up with a rough macro nutrient split for you.

Is that new diet sustainable for you? I'd probably make tweaks to it personally.

You should consider downloading myfitnesspal, it is a great tool for tracking.

Would you consider lifting weights? It will help your physique become toned as it drops the fat. Maybe you'll love spinning but if I had to do it 3X per week I would give up fairly fast.

That's a lot of fruit for breakfast. No lunch? Not a lot of protein? Not much veg.
    I'd re-research this for a start.
You can't choose where fat goes from on your body, you come pre-programmed for that. Nothing wrong with spinning, it just doesn't come with face fat burning guarantee!

84kgs at 5'11, I doubt you look skinny. Even if you were 8% body fat, you'd be big enough.
I'd restart by having an honest look at your diet and current condition
