Has anyone tried this? I'm doing great on the weight loss and nearly at my target weight but I just can't seem to get the last of the flab off my belly.

Thinking of doing this, but it's very expensive and I feel like it's a con. Has anyone else done it??

What about actual lipo has anyone done that. I could save up and get it done for once an for all.

    Thanks in advance
    A flabby bellied girl

I'd have a look into fasting, it would be a good way tighten up flabby skin especially and assuming you havnt gone down the IF route or actual fasting you might get some benefits. If it sounds harsh its 10 times better than what you are planning and you will save money instead of spending it

And are you losing weight? Do your clothes fit better etc? Do you know what your maintenance calories are? What are your stats (age, weight, height)

i've lost a stone cloths defo fitting better. I'm 5ft9in and just under 11 stone so a healthy weight but the tummy flab still very evident.
Thanks for the advise. I don't want to do anything stupid but it's taked me over 6 months to get to this and I thought i would be happy with myself at this weight but I'm still a disgrace on the tummy everything else I'm happy with.

a healthy or a not healthy in terms of waist measurement is supposedly half your height , so if you are 69 inches tall your waist measurement ought to be under 35 inches, if that's any help to gauge

So I went. only just done. I actually feel like my belly is bigger. I;m going to go again twice next week and if it's having no effect I will cut my losses. I will follow the healthy eating and exercise regime and see how it goes.

I know I'm a sucker!! I will keep you posted of my progress.

    Wish me luck

The 'lipo' is an expensive gimmick when the healthy eating and exercise regime is the main/sole reason for weight loss.
