I paid 170€ by card for a bill and I was charged twice this amount. Can I can please know when I’m getting the money back?

Thanks for your question.

You'll need to check with the company you were paying, to see if they've taken two payments or had to process your card a second time. If they had difficulty taking the payment and put your card details through again, this would be why you're seeing two debits and it should correct automatically within five business days.
