Looking to buy property in Carlow

    Hi all! I am looking to buy a house in Carlow town. I am looking in Willow Park and Burrin Manor.
    Anyone living there that can advise on what these areas are like?

    I know there will be always a bit of contentions about estates and stuff. Having said that what I am looking for is to make sure I am in a position where I can lead a quiet life with not mush noise/drama from neighbors.
