    Very cloudy here in West Dublin. Heavy with little or no breeze. Glad of my fan in my office on full pelt! Doesn't appear to be any sign of a clearing yet anyway.

    No clearance spotted here yet in Glasnevin. Still completely overcast. It's now 17.6C.

    Blue Sky over the sea at Bray. Sun burning through thinning haze overhead. Grey clouds visible over Wicklow Mountains.

    In Achill and it's 18 degrees and blue sky and sunshine with some white and grey fluffy clouds.
    Its a beautiful day so we are off rock-pooling for a few hours when the tide is right.

    We're getting a very occasional burst of sunshine here in Glasnevin, but it's mostly cloudy. It's 19.2C now, slightly higher than the high reached the last couple of days. I wonder will we get over 20 today.
