Should be perfect for a TT Frame. Not sure about the downtube shifters. What sort of frame is it? If you post a picture I will let you know.

They are good few years old but very little use. Got them off a friend who had them away for 5 years and I had them on a bike that was never used for 2 years. If you want I can throw in a almost new 10 speed chain and the cassette instead of shifters for the 100 euro.
