Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Graduate programs. The good and the bad

    Hi there,

Starting a graduate program in september 2018. Joining a large bank here and they managed to sell the graduate program pretty well through current graduate employees on the day.

I am aware these people have been hand picked and they certainly arent going to tell a group of candidates the negatives of the job but all in all it seemed like good work, interesting and a clear career path (for those that were interested).

Just wondering does anyone have any good or bad stories about graduate programs and if they felt it was worth it after the 2 years? Would love some insight.

    Cheers
