Eir mobile topped €20 not showing up

Hi

I just topped up with €20 and it is not showing up in the eir app or when I check with *#100# and it's telling me to top up when I try ring 1741 for help and I'm getting text telling me to top up.

I have internet 4g no problem on my phone able to go on the internet.
Any help as to what's going on?
