Help laptop won't let me log in after update

    Have an Asus laptop.
    Antivirus (mcafee) up to date
    Had an update notification yesterday that I let run and restarted the laptop as prompted. Went about other stuff so didn't use it again.
    Went to log in now to do some work and it won't let me
    The following message appears

    The user profile service service failed the sign in
    User profile cannot be loaded

    Can anyone Help? Need access asap as working from home and need access
