Starting strength program

    I've started this last Wednesday and was planning to just do workout A again tomorrow so next week will be ABA and the following week BAB but does it really matter or will it make any difference to the program if I just continue with what the app recommends?

    Actually scrap that, I just realised tomorrow is A again, will it make any difference not starting on a Monday?

    It's ABABAB...
    It doesn't matter what day of the week it is. Or even what "week" they are in. Don't do the same workout back to back. Just follow the program.
