Unauthorised EirSport charge

    Phoned eirsport Sat with a technical issue. They told me incidentally they had no card on file and wanted to add one to my account. They assured me there would be no charge due as I paid for 12 month last november at the black Friday sale. 

    Today there is a pending charge of €225 on my account. 

    This would want to be sorted very very quickly.
