30 Day Challenge Diaries

    I've stumbled upon a few of BuzzFeed Blue's 30 Day Challenges where they do 10 push-ups a day, or try to get a six-pack, or train like a super hero, etc., etc. I've found them interesting and somewhat entertaining.

    I imagine there's still some lighting and stance tricks, but they do showcase the phenomenal effort and sacrifices that are required to meet targets, or get a certain physique (especially when it comes to abs).

    Anyone seen these or can recommend other vids like them? Has anyone attempted to emulate this?

    I know it's not the ideal way to go about things because these crash/phase diet/workouts are harder to sustain over time (and many of these focus on one body part). But still, I thought they were worth a watch.

    The fact that one guy is has soft looking "before" photos on the front of two of those tells you everything you need to know.
    Either that are lying, or all their progress fell away in time for next months challenge.
