(Sorry if this is a duplicate. I thought i had posted my question earlier but can't seem to find it. Here we go again.....)

Single female in 30s looking for a safe, luxurious, warm place to visit in Europe this summer. Not looking for love. All-inclusive preferably.
Hotel recommendations would be great please or holiday companies that you know of either.

One of the Greek islands or somewhere in the south of Spain.. it really depends what she is looking for like

    What does she like?
    Reading books by the pool?
Having fun with local boys(or girls )?
    Galleries and museums?
    Late nights or early mornings?

    Wants
-all-inclusive in a really nice hotel.
-Not interested in looking for love (difficult break-up)
-wants to lie by a pool/ beach during the day
-would love a nice long promenade for walks in the evening
    -maybe spa treatments in hotel...
    - somewhere safe.
    - not too long of a flight as it only few days

Just for 4 nights as doesn't want to be away too long on her own but long enough to clear her head.

There's an adults only hotel in port de soller Mallorca which ticks all your boxes. I couldn't recommend it enough. Port de soller is the calmest place I've ever been and when you sit on the beach there it's like actual meditation happens without even trying.

I think the hotel was called Sentido and could be a little pricey, worth every penny though.

Port de soller is 40 mins on train from the airport aswell.

Hotel Phoenecia, Valletta, Malta is ideal. 4 hour flight. Short trip to hotel from Airport. Sea Views, Long Promenade.

Mallorca would be nice I think, 2.5 hours flight, stayed in can pastilla resort last year, only 5 mins from airport, stayed in JS Palma suites adult only hotel with spa, really nice, only negative is, it's on the flight path and for that reason, would not stay again but there is a fantastic promenande there, and it goes all the way into palma, definitely select an adults only, if she wants peace and quiet and time to reflect.

Second malta, just returned and place is amazing. Beach wise there are not many sandy ones but the ones that are there are beautiful

Suggest anyone looking for a non isolating type holiday for just a short break do airbnb - you wont find yourself surrounded by hotel couples & are far more likely to be able to choose big spacious to your comfort and price accommodation with the bonus of someone there to have a friendly chat & maybe a glass of wine with at the end of the day -which you wont get in a hotel dominated by loved up couples. There are some great cities well worth exploring that might sooth the brain more than sitting isolated on a beach, or somewhere like Bruges a idyll and tranquil & things to see & do, or Germany and their amazing museums & busy cities with Kurparks and fancy public swimmingpools and transport-perhaps Frankfurt - or fly to South of Germany (Bavaria ) or train from Munich & then do day trip to Austria from there through the mountains - rent skis and do a day on the glacier. Beautiful views, comfy & reliable transport, relaxing & great headspace . Stay in a hotel or guesthouse in the Alps & go hillwalking / Sound of Musicing through the meadows & forests & stop for great pub meals & ice cold beers - plan a route. Or do a Ryanair to Rome or Naples or train from Rome to Naples and take the ferry to Capri & gird your visacard for botique shopping and a bit of packed like seals beach sunbathing. Millions of things she could do & lots of great places out there. There are also specialist type short trips like cyclung along the (flat) canals in France or a themed cooking holiday at an estate in Italy or join an environmental research trip (volunteer and pay to stay) .Just dont let her mope around by herself around happy loving summer couples dwelling on her loss.

This all sounds like heaven to me but can guarantee it woud be her idea of hell. Thank you so much though. Will definitely be of help to someone I'm sure.

    Hi OP,

This might suit your sister. The Mistral in Crete is an all inclusive family run hotel for people travelling alone. It is not cheap but they organise trips every day, there are two pools, breakfast and dinner are included and there are theme weeks for those interested in walking, painting etc. The age mix of guests varies from week to week but it is ideal for somebody who wants to travel alone to somewhere all-inclusive in a warm place.
