Mobile top up - error via bank top up

    Hi.
    When trying to top up my daughters phone yesterday I selected the wrong provider. She has moved to three but I selected meteor.

    Can I get a refund for this?

    Hi Alanbt, 

    To arrange this refund you will need to send an email to customercare@eir.ie and include the full name, provider, the channel you did this through, date and time and a screenshot of the bank account from where the money was taken as proof of payment. 

    They will investigate this for you and get back to you.
