    Hi,

I'm being made redundant and am receiving the statutory entitlement and also an ex gratia termination payment. My employer has issued me an RP50 that lists the statutory payment details. Do I need to sign and return this form at all?
I will not be claiming from the Social Insurance Fund and this link states that the employer no longer receives a rebate, and . So I don't think I do?

    Thanks.
