Hi All, I'm looking to source 15mm Height Labels from Label Vendor. They must be robust & hard-wearing and the printer Obtained already. Could I use Microsoft Software instead of purchasing a Software package like Bartender. etc.... Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Most Office suites will have a Label Template which should suffice.

File - New - Labels in LibreOffice, so presumably something similar is available in your office suite.
