    Hi, 

    How long do you need to have been gone from eir in order to be considered a new customer when porting back a mobile number?

    Once your number is active on another network if you port back in your will automatically be classed as a new customer.

    Once your number is active on another network if you port back in your will automatically be classed as a new customer.
