Eat lots, as above, lots. Make sure there's a lot of protein in your food and weightwork.

People will tell you to eat, eat and eat more.

Mostly that's true, but you've to increase your intake slowly (and if you've no idea what you're doing then maybe consider following a plan by out by a professional).

A lot of people fail by trying to go from eating [for example] 2500 cals a day to eating over twice that the next day. After a few days of that your guts are gonna say 'fook this, and you'll fail.

Gym, lift, rest and get nutritional advice, good advice.

Get yourself a few 1 kg tubs of peanut butter and have it spread in a couple slices of toast (with honey or jam) in between meals - say at 11 o clock and 3 o clock, and again in the evening if you like. Wash it down with a pint of milk and a banana. That helped me put on about 8 kg

Also lifting weights 4 times a week and stay active

Milk and pasta and lots of both, helped me get through a long-standing plateau recently.

Obviously that's on top of lots of hard work in the gym but honestly the gym quickly becomes the easy bit.

    My bulking snack ingredient list:

    ~500g virgin coconut oil
    200-250g dark chocolate
8 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
    100g ground almond
    Porridge oats to soak

    1) Heat the coconut oil in a pot until it has melted. Take off the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted
    2) Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl (only a handful of oats initially)
    3) Empty the oil/chocolate mix into the dry ingredients and stir. Keep adding oats until the wet mixture can no longer be soaked
    4) Line a baking tin with cling film and pour the bowl contents in. Flatten, and chill in the fridge for 2+ hours

Depending on the amounts, the above comes in between 6,000 and 7,000 calories. I cut into 16 pieces and store in the fridge, having one as a snack. Easy and tasty 400 calories. Can also sub in vanilla protein and white chocolate for variety but that might mean more sugar.
