Ex-customer of several months, account in credit - no refund

    Hi

    I finished up an eir contract in February, and paid the last bill in full. 

    As I only used the service for a few days of the advance billing period, my account went into credit of 66EUR.  

    I understood from previous threads on boards/eir Community forums that it would take 1-2 months for a cheque to issue for this refund.  

    I never received a cheque though, and I still get a mail every month to say the account is in credit.  

    I can't call 1901 as I'm no longer an eir customer.  Can you help please?
