Android TV box problem.

Hi all I had to do a factory reset on my Android TV box. MXQ. Air mouse would scatter all over screen and nothing working. After reset the mouse is still shooting to the left and up, I've charged it also. The interface is gone and most apps. What's best way of getting this back working for show box etc. Thanks.
