I’ve yet to taste one that I’d buy again. For the sake of 20g protein, I’ll eat something else I enjoy

I love the Fulfil ones except for the Strawberry and Vanilla and the Lemon Zinger.

Defo once you taste the Barebells you wont want another brand although have to say tried the new fullfill hazelnut carmel that is tasty and the grenade caramel chaos is nice.

I've noticed lower quality protein sources creeping into bars lately e.g. collagen including barebells - would rather they were a bit more expensive with better ingredients tbh.

I just looked there yeah I saw collagen is that bad? To be honest I only eat the bars if I'm out hiking with some nuts just for a quick snack I try and get my protein from food sources and the shakes after a hard workout but unfortunately picked out a yuck flavour last week have to finish it now.

    Boost/Moro

2.8g of protein never tasted so good.

Weirdly I'm more of a savoury person wouldn't eat choc bars only rarely just eat the protein ones for hikes and handy if stuck

I like a few of them, however since most have the same amount of calories as a snickers it puts me off. If you’re not watching cals though - enjoy!!

I like most of the fulfil options, bar the strawberry and coconut ones - dark chocolate and mint probably my favourite, but like the lemon and orange ones too. The barbells I've had are nice too, and I tried a couple of the carb killer ones and they were ok, but I can generally find the fulfil for €2 or 2 for €4, so that kinda makes the decision on brand for me.

I generally manage ok without them, but they are handy when I'm away from my desk/ out at meetings/ sitting beside a pool or pitch with the children, or other times when I'm underprepared. Days I'm out of routine I can sometimes really struggle getting the protein in, and they fill the gap then when the choice might be moro or the protein bar! All things being equal I hit what I want without bars or shakes (albeit with whey added to an option or two, like porridge/ overnight oats).
