Spin Class Audio

    Hi all,

    Can anyone recommend a good, preferably free but if not I don't mind paying, audio of a spin class? Basically one where there is an instructor guiding you through each position/resistance/speed and with the usual God-awful but surprisingly motivating music they play?! It's just for times I can't make a class. I'm looking for something high intensity that's a good cardio work out but with none of that push-up messing and whatnot.
