Anyone know a good source for workouts?

Id be a medium level lifter. Usually squat 90-110 region, deadlift 150-170, bench 90-100. Have been coasting for a few years and want to be a bit more dedicated.

Whenever I search for workouts i find stuff like "how to improve your deadlift over ten weeks" or something.

I'm looking for methods to find more general programs. Like every exercise someone with similar goals does over 4 weeks rather than focussed on one specific exercise.

So how do he go about finding/designing programs for yourselves?

There are a lot out there. I like this one:

Covers a lot of the elements that I think some others are lacking in. You can always do the likes of Madcow, Wendler 531 (and the several variants thereof) but the one above ticks a lot of boxes.

Bit of thinking about what you want to go along with the main lift but feel free to ask

+1 to this programme. Ran it twice in two six week blocks and definitely did what it says on the tin.........made me stronger.

Probably best to run a few rounds of MacCow/Texas/531/Hanley's program/Greyskull...or a modified 5x5 type routine.
