    Just Eat probably wrote this themselves, they have a big software team in the UK. Would be relatively simple to do, too.

    But I imagine that that most modern call centre software systems include tools for masking incoming or outgoing CLID.

    No masking needed.

    All you need is a lookup table and an Asterix instance. Call gateway, provide ID, vPBX looks up the associated mobile and dials out and connects the two.
