    How’s it going everyone.
I’m making this post as I’m unsure what way to approach the situation. About 7 months ago I was obese. Weighed in at 220lbs and I’m only 5’11. After cutting out sugar, **** and everything that put me where I was. I lost about 80lbs. I weigh in at 63kg. Just about 141lbs. And the confusion is with my body fat. I don’t have a body fat percentage, but I’m not slim by any means. Maybe sort of lanky. But not skinny. My stomach isn’t bad. My chest kind of protrudes. Like under my nipples area stick out quite a bit. Now I have seen a good bit about the best option being to bulk up and turn it into muscle. I’m not really liking the idea of putting on any weight. I don’t want to be somebody who is jacked. I would rather be skinny, healthy and not worry about working out every single day. I don’t have that kind of motivation. I’m fine working out, just not looking to be jacked like most. What would be the best way to lose body fat and work on protruding chest/ ribs. Thanks in advance ðŸ‘

Hi. I’m no expert, so I’d advise getting a good coach/instructor in a gym or a nutritionist. However, I’d say you need to look at the following. Nutrition. If you are underweight, you clearly haven’t got the balance right. You’d need to make out a food diary and study it carefully. Nothing radical, just a good sensible balanced diet. Cardio. You need to look at your heart rate during cardio workouts. Try to work out your max heart rate and then calculate the correct zone (zone 2) for fat burning. Going over the this is as bad as being under. Strength/conditioning. You don’t need to bulk up but you do need to tone. Try Pilates, or get advice on a simple s/c regime.
Hope some of that helps and really well done on the weight loss so far. Must have taken some effort.
