What is being a cabin crew member for Ryanair like?

I saw on jobs.ie that they are advertising for cabin crew members with no experience. I applied and got a confirmation for an interview tomorrow (Wednesday). I'm a bit excited though from reading some posts here on boards, the review of the job isn't great at all. Apparently you get an enormous fee for training and are required to work many unpaid hours. Is this true?

It doesn't put me off but I still would like any first hand experiences.
