    Are low carbs, high protein and healthy fats the way to go with my diet to loose body fat ? Along with regular cardio and weight training

    It doesn't matter how many carbs you eat, weight loss is achieved by consistently being in a calorie deficit. Cardio can help with the deficit, but it will mostly come down to your diet. If you are doing both cardio and weight training, low carb may have an impact on your energy levels and ability to train properly.
